You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyNamely is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Platform will not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for access to the Platform.

    We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise inappropriate.
